I formed Conley & Company LLC , an independent Real Estate Brokerage firm, in 2005 to provide the same high-quality, professional services as many larger real estate firms at a price that provides greater benefit to the seller or buyer who uses my services.    Prior to becoming a broker, I  completed several real estate transactions as both a homeowner and a real estate investor.  After trying to sell one property myself as a "for sale by owner" and being unsuccessful,  I listed with a local agent to get it sold.  After this experience, I decided to obtain my real estate brokers license.  Since then I've been saving buyers and sellers who use my services thousands of dollars.
